Vollrath Company Acquires Carlson Products to Expand Manufacturing Capabilities

The Vollrath Company, LLC, announces the acquisition of Carlson Products based in Maize, Kansas. With over 60 years of experience operating in the foodservice marketplace, expertise in anodized aluminum, and state-of-the-art equipment, Carlson Products expands the manufacturing capabilities and capacity for both the Vollrath Foodservice division and Vollrath Manufacturing Services division of Vollrath Company.

Carlson Products has a long-standing reputation for designing and manufacturing industry-leading bakeware products such as pizza pans, stacking pans, sheet pans, grill pans and panini pans. They also specialize in design and manufacture of standard and custom components for a variety of industries including lawn and garden, automotive and commercial foodservice.

The incorporation of Carlson Products will take place over the upcoming months. During the interim period, customers will receive continued support and the same quality product that they have come to expect from both Vollrath and Carlson Products. The Carlson Products facility will stay operational, which makes it the 10th manufacturing facility for Vollrath Company and 8th in the U.S.
