HOBART, the world market leader for commercial warewashing, was recently was honoured with several prizes at the annual Polagra Gastro trade show in Posen, Poland. For HOBART’s innovative, premium PREMAX GP line glasswasher, the Offenburg-based company received the renowned Zloty Medal 2018 award, which was presented by the Polish Minister of Agriculture, Jan Krzysztof Ardanowski.
When selecting the winners, the judging board not only looked out for economical and ecological advantages, but also for true user benefit. The PREMAX GP glasswasher convinced judges with its premium user comfort, such as the TOP-DRY drying function. Thanks to this feature, users can safely dispense with manual polishing and drying while enjoying optimum wash results – even with delicate glasses.
Resource management
When it comes to economical use of the resources water, energy and detergents, the HOBART technology outperforms all comparable solutions. This is attributable to the SENSO-ACTIVE resource management. This machine feature permanently monitors the level of soil in the tank, adjusting the rinse water amount to the degree of soiling.
Furthermore, the superstars of the year received another award for innovative market solutions in the ‘Gallery of Innovation’. Two other solutions from HOBART were also distinguished: The PROFI FX undercounter dishwasher and the PREMAX GP glasswasher of generation 2018.
