EverSteel Spray Valve from T&S wins Kitchen Innovations Award

The award underscores the company's commitment to innovation and excellence

T&S Brass and Bronze Works has been named a Kitchen Innovations (KI) Award recipient by the National Restaurant Association for its EverSteel spray valve, the S-0107-Y.  

The KI Awards define the gold standard of foodservice equipment innovations, recognizing products that advance the industry. Selected annually by a panel of independent, expert-led judges, KI Award recipients are celebrated for forward-thinking, cutting-edge equipment.

Part of T&S’ EverSteel line, the S-0107-Y boasts more cleaning power and a single-piece construction that eliminates the need for periodic disassembly. The patented spray valve features a replaceable, integrated spray face and bumper that enhances cleaning efficiency while minimizing the time and water needed for ware washing. It is also backed by a lifetime warranty.

This marks the fourth consecutive year T&S Brass has been honored with the prestigious KI Award, showcasing the company’s ongoing commitment to pushing the boundaries of innovation in commercial kitchen equipment. Last year, T&S received the award for their patented UltraRinse, a swing nozzle attachment with unique angled fan spray tips designed to rinse produce and thaw proteins.
