Wexiödisk, the leading Scandinavian warewashing equipment manufacturer, has delivered its first ever UK dealer conference, titled ‘Swedish Brilliance’ at the state-of-the-art training facilities at the First Choice Group in Cannock, Staffordshire.
The two-day event, which saw a total of 15 dealer partners, join executives from First Choice Group and Crystaltech, who were recently announced as official spare parts and service providers to Wexiödisk in the UK, to understand more about the brand’s range of award-winning warewashing technology.
John Shepherd, UK & Ireland Country Manager at Wexiödisk, along with Magnus Titusson (managing director), Henrik Florentzson (aales & marketing manager), Lisa Rosqvist (communications manager), Per-Anders Ahlgren (aftersales service manager) and Andreas Engstrom (area sales manager) presented an overview of Wexiödisk, detailing sales and future forecasting, an update of the equipment portfolio and plans for the future.
A comprehensive service
John Whitehouse, managing director at First Choice Group and Derek Maher, manging director at Crystaltech each delivered their own presentations on their respective businesses and the support that is now available to Wexiödisk dealers, partners and customers alike. Group-led sessions provided the opportunity for hands-on service and maintenance training with a number of Wexiödisk appliances, while feedback was sought on ways in which the company can continue to deliver a comprehensive service across the UK.

The First Choice Group site provided the optimum location to host the dealer conference with dedicated facilities, break-out rooms and catering facilities for all.”
