A new, updated brochure has been released for the inaugural FCSI Asia Pacific Conference, which will take place in the Margaret River Region of Western Australia on 13-17 November 2023.

The Conference brochure, which can be downloaded below, outlines a program focusing in-depth on ‘The Business of Foodservice Consulting’, addressing core ‘Management’, ‘Technical’ and ‘Culinary’ topics for FCSI Professional and Allied members from the FCSI Asia Pacific Division (APD) and beyond.

The Conference promises first-hand experience of industry experts via various presentations on best practise through a disciplined approach, as well as themed educational discussions with great networking opportunities, and world-class local produce from the sea and the land.

Presenter – Marc Dsouza

With over 26 years of hospitality experience, Dsouza oversees the conceptual design of food & beverage and operational areas of new hotels across the Marriott International brand portfolio in South Asia. A key function of his role is to develop, write and support the creation of food & beverage concepts for new hotels to help maintain Marriott’s competitive edge.
