Globe Food Equipment: Hilton Garner retires; Kevin Woods new president

Hilton retires from Globe with 40 years in the commercial foodservice industry and 27 years at Globe

Hilton Garner, president of Globe Food Equipment Co., will retire effective April 1, 2019. Kevin Woods, vice president of sales and marketing for the company, has been named president. Garner and Woods will work together over the next few months to ensure a seamless transition. Hilton retires from Globe with 40 years in the commercial foodservice industry and 27 years at Globe.

Exceeding expectations

Garner credits his employees and customers for his success at Globe over the years.

In his new position, Woods will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy and leading the day-to-day sales, marketing and operations of Globe Food Equipment. Prior to joining Globe in 2012, Kevin held senior sales and marketing positions with Unified Brands and ITW FEG/ Hobart.
