Eloma announce new director of operations: Jens Kulke

Kulke takes over from Bernd Hoffmann, who leaves Eloma following 16 years of service

Jens Kulke is the new director of operations at Eloma’s production site in Bad Gottleuba-Berggießhübel, Germany. Kulke takes over the duties of Bernd Hoffmann, who has left Eloma, one of the leading manufacturers of high-quality combi steamers and baking ovens, after 16 years of service.

Eloma has thanked Hoffmann for his “many years of loyalty, expertise and passion and wishes him all the best for his future”.

Kulke is a proven expert in lean management in metalworking industry manufacturing sites. His expertise, says Eloma, will enable it to “further optimise production processes, achieve additional productivity gains and continue to improve throughput times”.

Quality, safety and reliability

Kulke comes from, and still lives, in the Saxonian region and has a degree in industrial metalling. With a gear manufacturer for automotive, agricultural and construction machinery, he has developed over 14 years from an employee in production through various positions in sales, product development and product management to head of production.

Most recently, Kulke was head of operations with a manufacturer of professional circular knitting machines.

Of Kulke, Eloma‘s managing director Mark Joseph Müller says: “His experience and Eloma’s claim to quality, safety and reliability will ensure that we continue providing the tried-and-tested high-quality combi steamers and baking ovens ‘made in Germany’ to our partners and customers in a timely manner.”
