A new whitepaper comprising the most salient points made during the inaugural episode of the FCSI's Presidents' Panel virtual roundtable sessions, recorded in December 2022, is now available to download

The roundtable, supported by Salvajor and Vulcan, was recorded in December 2022 and the full video recording can be accessed here. Covering everything from the changing demands of a shifting dining demographic to cooking innovation and the continuing challenge of doing more with less, the roundtable and the whitepaper present a compelling vision of an ever-changing sector.

Marking the tenth anniversary of Foodservice Consultant magazine, the virtual roundtable saw four of the Society’s past Worldwide presidents – Mario Sequeira FCSI, Ed Norman FFCSI, Jim Petersen FCSI and William Taunton FCSI – gather to discuss the main trends and challenges of the past decade in foodservice.
