A selection of former presidents of FCSI Worldwide from the past decade, alongside the current WW president, debate the current state of the foodservice industry and where it must go next
To mark the occasion of ten years of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine at the turn of the year, the following months will see a host of events and stories looking back on a decade of change, challenge and progress for the foodservice and hospitality profession – but also an opportunity to look ahead to the future and predict where it is headed. The first such event saw a decade of selected Past Presidents of FCSI Worldwide, alongside the current President, take part in a recorded roundtable on Wednesday December 7, 2022.
Chaired by Michael Jones, of the Foodservice Consultant team the roundtable featured Mario Sequeira FCSI, President of FCSI Worldwide, alongside Jim Petersen FCSI (PP), Ed Norman FFCSI (PP), and William Taunton FCSI (PP). FCSI’s Presidents’ Panel was supported by FCSI Allied members Salvajor, Vollrath and Vulcan and representatives of all three companies posed questions to the Presidents on the panel on subjects including sustainability, automation and innovation.
