The Vollrath Company, LLC, expands its selection of the Mirage Induction Buffet Warmers to include 16² x 23² models. Just like the popular 16² x 16² warmers, the new options are also available in black, natural and a drop-in that can be mounted flush in a countertop.
Vollrath also announces the launch of Decorative Glass options for the 16² x 16² warmers that feature distinctive designs. Standard options include a Linen and Sunburst pattern. In addition, Vollrath can work with customers to create custom patterns that feature unique designs and customer logos. The Decorative Glass Warmers are available in black, champagne and drop-in.
Interconnectivity
The Induction Buffet Warmers provide best-in-class features, including: interconnectivity of up to three units, touch control with four power settings and low wattage power. The low wattage allows operators to put up to six units on one 20-amp circuit. All of these features come in a subtle, low-profile, attractive design that integrates seamlessly with any serving set-up.
All Buffet warmers are available in both North American and international voltages.
Vollrath’s Mirage Full Size and 2/3 Size Induction Chafers are designed to optimize compatibility and warming performance with the Induction Buffet Warmers. Pair with Vollrath’s new non-slip mats to ensure chafers and other display ware stay securely in place.
