It’s lights, camera, action for Welbilt’s live Convotherm Q&A Webinar

The Convotherm webinar will provide operators, dealers and customers with the chance to see Convotherm combi-ovens in-action

Following the success of the inaugural live Merrychef demonstration and Q&A which aired earlier this month on Facebook, Welbilt UK will live-stream another dedicated session, this time focusing on its combi-oven brand, Convotherm.

Going live on Welbilt’s Facebook page (@WelbiltEMEA) on Friday 3 July 2020 at 12pm, the Convotherm webinar will provide operators, dealers and customers with the chance to see Convotherm combi-ovens in-action, provide menu inspiration for chefs that are adapting to the ‘new normal’, and of course, allow viewers to ask technical and culinary questions to Paul Patel, from Welbilt’s UK Culinary team.

Digital customer support

By virtually bringing customers and dealers together, Welbilt UK is proving their ongoing commitment to offering new, digital customer support services – services that Steve Hemsil, sales director – UK & Ireland, Welbilt, believes will be imperative to pubs and restaurants that are preparing for re-opening.

“Now that the Government has confirmed that pubs and restaurants in England can re-open from the 4 July, many operators will be looking for extra support when it comes to learning how they can make their kitchens-covid-secure, deciding how they can best use various pieces of catering equipment to overcome the challenges of catering post-pandemic, and of course, how they can freshen up their menu in order to entice customers into dining out at their venue,” says Hemsil.

“Our live Convotherm Q&A serves to satisfy this demand for support, plus, will cover a multitude of Convotherm specific top-tips surrounding cooking, cleaning and maintenance that viewers may not have known before.”
