Kaneco is offering live demonstrations in its kitchen facility to showcase how Alto-Shaam products reduce labour, improve kitchen efficiency and enhance food quality. Their demo kitchen features Alto-Shaam’s latest innovations, including Vector® Multi-Cook Ovens, Cook & Hold Ovens, Smoker Ovens, Self-Cleaning Rotisserie Ovens and hot holding solutions.
