Managing with regulation
“I feel having a holistic approach with the right infrastructure in place is critical to getting something that is more standardized and efficient in affecting the overall global impact as a whole,” says Landgraf. “But this is not a one size fits all area – as communities, regions and states figure out what works for them, then I think the regulatory agencies can really help.”
