INTERGASTRA

When: 15-19 February

Where: Messe Stuttgart, Stuttgart, Germany

Why: Bigger than ever, INTERGASTRA will host around 1,400 exhibitors across the 10 halls of Messe Stuttgart, displaying the latest industry trends and welcoming 100,000 trade visitors. It will run alongside the IKA/Culinary Olympics, where chefs from over 70 countries compete.

HRC/THE PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN SHOW

When: 3-5 March

Where: ExCel, London, UK

Why: One event, four shows, HRC brings together suppliers from across the hotel, catering and restaurant sectors. The Professional Kitchen Show covers everything from heavy and lightweight equipment to spares, dealers and designers.

INTERNORGA

When: 13-17 March

Where: Hamburg Messe, Hamburg, Germany

Why: INTERNORGA will host around 1,300 exhibitors across its 1,000 sq m of exhibition space, offering a dedicated platform to reach 95,000 visitors. The international trade fair for hotels, restaurants, caterers and bakeries provides the opportunity to develop new business partnerships and share learnings for the year ahead.

HOTELEX SHANGHAI 2020

When: 29 March – 1 April

Where: Shanghai New International Expo Center, Shanghai, China

Why: With more than 2,500 exhibitors and 159,000 visitors across 230,000 sq m of exhibiting space, Hotelex Shanghai is split into nine categories and special events will showcase the industry’s top talent.

GULFHOST

When: 6-8 April

Where: Dubai World Trade Center

Why: GulfHost is back with more than 2,500 brands presenting 8,000 products across six core sectors within hospitality equipment. Drawing 25,000 buyers, the GulfHost Meetings programme facilitates connections with appropriate suppliers, to help identify key partnership opportunities in advance of the show.

FHA HORECA

When: 3-6 March

Where: Singapore Expo, Singapore

Why: Asia’s most comprehensive international trade show for the foodservice industry, FHA HoReCa covers five key segments, including foodservice and hospitality equipment. 2,000 exhibitors will showcase their products to 48,000 attendees. FCSI Asia Pacific Division will have a booth at the show and will be hosting a programme of events.

NATIONAL RESTAURANT ASSOCIATION SHOW

When: 16-19 May

Where: McCormick Place Convention Centre, Chicago, US

Why: The National Restaurant Association Show explores the latest happenings in the industry. With numerous workshops and an expanded show floor, visitors can meet 1,400 exhibitors.

When: 3-4 June

Where: ExCel, London, UK

Why: The Commercial Kitchen Show promises visitors the chance to see all the best kitchen equipment, services and accessories from the biggest industry names all under one roof.

FISPAL FOOD SERVICE

When: 16-18 June

Where: Expo Center Norte, São Paulo, Brazil

Why: Fispal Food Service will feature 1,500 exhibitors of world-class equipment and services for the professional kitchen. More than 55,000 visitors will discover the latest developments and trends in the sector.

FINE FOOD AUSTRALIA

When: 7-10 September

Where: Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre, Melbourne, Australia

Why: More than 1,000 exhibitors will gather at Fine Food Australia from across the foodservice, retail and hospitality sectors. Last year’s event welcomed 23,762 trade buyers.
