Provided all manner of foodservice facility planning as a professional consultant for more than forty years. Served as President-Elect on both the ISFSC and FCSI boards for a total of seven years. Chaired many committees incuding Membership and Finance. Also, served on the committee to incorporate the two societies, ISFSC and FFCS. Sold my business and retired in 1997. Living the good life in warm,sunny Florida.
