Education & Experience

Professional consultant in integral design of industrial kitchens, I have the good fortune to dabble in this field from a very early age, as a teenager I worked as a waiter in a small catering company, ... It is actually at this time where I begin to know the world of food service operations, however my studies of Systems Engineering made me move away a little from the gastronomic world, in early 2000 I started working in a small company marketing kitchen equipment and it is at this point where I set my attention to the development of kitchen projects "Kitchen Systems", being a student of Systems Engineering I was instilled much analysis, order and integration of processes, beyond the computer theme, I decided to integrate my knowledge to food production systems. Kitchens are systems of concatenated processes that follow a logical order, today we are in a technological revolution, we as FoodService professionals must remain attentive to new trends in order to contribute our experience and knowledge.
