We have a Certificate Master Chef graduated from the best culinary schools in the world (L’ecole Cordon Bleu & Ritz-Escoffier) that has a broad and depth experience in culinary food. It means that we better communicate & understanding our client/end user’s needs on the Chef & Culinary Team perspective as Kitchen Flow, Production Line, Menu Development.

Knowledge on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC installation, meaning that we work as team player with Engineers, Electrician, HVAC, Plumbing, Kitchen Equip.Contractor, Construction General Manager, talking the same “language” to assure everybody is on the “same page” to successfully achieve our client’s vision.
Advocates for “greenability”: we have collaborate with sustainable ideas in the kitchen that help projects get certified as LEED Platinum, Gold and Silver.

Education & Experience

Trained in the Le Cordon Bleu and Ritz-Escoffier,Justin brings a unique hands-on approach to the design process. Justin shows a keen understanding of chef s needs and knows first-hand what it takes to create a successful operation, from concept to opening, which he can apply across all segments of the foodservice industry. Justin s strong communication skills have helped him guide his clients through schematic design, design development, contract documents, bidding, shop drawing review up to the final punch list, always maintaining his professional and genuine manner. He also brings sustainability experience to the design with numerous awarded projects including the Arthur W. Ferguson Elementary School (York, PA) which was the first elementary school to receive Platinum LEED certification in Pennsylvania.
