About Me

I have been in the hospitality industry for 43 years involving contracting and consulting over the last 32 years. After 24 years as a director of MTD (Qld) I have have taken up the challenge to create khi-international (Kitchens, Hospitality, Institutions).The khi-international business model will be based on providing clients with totally independent and personal service to ensure that my clients are provided with the best outcome. My involvement within the food service and hospitality industry has taken me to various parts of the world including Europe, Middle East, Asia, South. East Asia and the Pacific. I find the benefits of being a food service consultant exciting, challenging, rewarding and being able to work with people to see their dreams and hopes come to fruition. I look forward with anticipation to what the next 10/12 years holds in regard to the possibilities and opportunities that will occur in the food service and hospitality industry.
