Hugh Cade has been a specialist hospitality consultant since 1977. He trained as a consultant with Greene Belfield-Smith (GBS).He was instrumental in developing GBS into a world class practise during the 1980’s and negotiated the merger with Deloitte and Touche in 1987. He was Partner in Charge of Deloitte’s Hospitality and Leisure consulting services from 1987 to 1999.
