Over 28 years of design experience, including 20 years in foodservice facilities consulting. Project Principal for the design team and leads the team at CG. Background in architecture and working knowledge of foodservice operations provides me the unique ability to balance the architectural design intent of a project with the operational functionality of foodservice. Member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) for 18 years and a Professional member for over 10 years. Current Chapter Leader for the Northeast Region of the U.S.
