I worked in restaurant management from 1989 until 2006. I then joined Fishman & Associates in 2006 as a Foodservice Consultant/ drafter and worked there until 2021. I joined PES Design Group in 2021, where I currently sit as Director of Foodservice. I have experience in designing the Foodservice facilities in Schools, Country Clubs, Bars, Restaurants, ALFs, C-Stores, Hotels, Stadiums, and Hospitals. I love what I do!
