James is a graduate of the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in Ithaca, NY and graduated with an M.B.A from Fordham University s Graduate School of Business in New York, NY. James first donned chef s whites through the Culinary Arts program at Johnson & Wales University in Providence RI. James was an active participant with the Hospitality Adaptations Working Group for the U.S. Green Building Council.
