Hugh Cade has been a specialist hospitality consultant since 1977. He trained as a consultant with Greene Belfield-Smith (GBS).He was instrumental in developing GBS into a world class practise during the 1980 s and negotiated the merger with Deloitte and Touche in 1987. He was Partner in Charge of Deloitte s Hospitality and Leisure consulting services from 1987 to 1999.
