Bigelow Consulting provides food and beverage planning for new and renovated facilities, operational audits, RFP management, and contracting negotiating assistance. Bigelow has been in the foodservice industry with a concentration in public assembly venues for over forty-five years. Bigelow is a graduate of the University of Nevada; Las Vegas. Bigelow Consulting has served over four hundred clients in venues in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.Bigelow is a NAFEM Certified Foodservice Professional, the Past Chair of the International Association of Assembly Managers Foundations, Past Chair of the National Association of Concessionaires, and Chair of the Food and Beverage Division of the Association of Luxury Suite Directors, and a former instructor at the Venue Management Schools in the US, Australia, and Europe.
