Prep that pizza
You asked, we listened. We took the feedback of pizza operators and created eleven new refrigerated pizza prep tables including two 60-inch options. Redesigned with patent pending technology that keeps food at ideal temperatures in both the rail and the cabinet, these tables require less labor and maintenance since you can leave product in the rail overnight.
These new models feature automatic temperature control in night and day modes, dual controllers with single refrigeration system, optimal airflow in the rail, one-piece pan rail design, a front-mounted removable air filter, and built-in heated condensate pan. These pizza prep tables are truly innovative and different from anything else in the market.
Needing a smaller footprint?
We’ve taken our durable, standard upright refrigerator and reduced the width to 52 inches, giving customers a more flexible option for kitchens with space constraints. You get the same quality and key features of our standard upright including top mount ventilation, stainless steel interior and exterior, ducted airflow system, ENERGY STAR certification – but with a smaller cubic footprint. With the reduced footprint, you won’t have to compromise on storage capacity because this model contains 47.12 cubic ft of storage space which is just 3 cubic ft less than our standard 55-inch model. You get maximum internal storage capacity with the smallest external footprint.
Keepin’ it real hot
Our new hot holding cabinet has a temperature set point of 140ᴏF to 180ᴏF keeping food at the optimal temperature for your operation. Ducted airflow helps maintain consistent air flow throughout the cabin which reduces temperature variations throughout the interior that can lead to soggy protein at the bottom and dry protein at the top because as we know – hot air rises. Both Reach-In and Pass-Thru models have a height of 79.5 inches and can roll through standard doors. As a bonus we even added additional storage for sheet pans or anything else in the top.
