
Inhouse Manager has developed its comprehensive catering software system to suit the needs of academy trusts, care home groups, NHS trusts, catering companies and councils.
Historically, Inhouse Manager has managed the software on behalf of clients to provide the required ingredients for production, charging a fixed price per person per day for the provision of the ingredients, and providing the software free of any subscriptions or licence fees.

Reduced administration
The software will enable you to replicate your menus and recipes across your sites, and by altering the uptake numbers to suit, the software calculates the ingredients required for service, and automatically places the orders with your suppliers.
The reduction in administration work traditionally carried out by staff is massive, and negates problems such as staff absence. The orders to be placed are completely visible up to four weeks in advance, and can be altered by staff where required simply by changing the uptake numbers, or the stock holding. Buffer stock, minimum stock levels and standing orders can all be set up to save more time.
Accuracy
Delivery, production and consumption locations are set up in the system, enabling your deliveries to arrive split for different areas where necessary, and to reflect accurately how your operation works in the real world.
The software calculates your costs, and enables you to select the most cost effective ingredients from across your suppliers. You can add your mark up to menus or individual goods, see a complete separation of costs, and where required, the central billing enables you to efficiently invoice your departments or sites.
Also included in the software is a meal ordering module, allergens and a new, fully integrated nutritional analysis module.
