At the show, Gastrotech will be hosting live cooking demonstrations of Alto-Shaam’s newest ground-breaking oven technologies, Converge® and Vector® multi-cook ovens.
Alto-Shaam’s Converge multi-cook ovens are designed with flexibility at its core. With three independent ovens within one unit, Converge gives the freedom to steam, air fry, bake, grill and more—all at the same time without flavour transfer. Converge ovens are powered by exclusive Structured Air Technology® paired with boilerless steam generation in each independent chamber. With added Wi-Fi capability thanks to ChefLinc® remote oven management, Converge ovens increase production capacity while streamlining employee training and reducing operating costs for operators.
During the event, Gastrotech will also be presenting Alto-Shaam’s Vector H series multi-cook ovens. This award-winning oven also features exclusive Structured Air Technology to cook twice as much food up to two-times faster than traditional counterparts.
Featuring four independent oven chambers, Vector ovens enable users to cook up to four different food items simultaneously without any flavour transfer. Each oven chamber can be operated independently controlling the temperature, fan speed and cook time to create four separate cooking environments in the same oven.
