The new BACKMASTER EB 30 MT will be introduced to the baking market for the first time at the show in Hamburg, Germany, while for the cooking and combi-steamer range, customers will get to see the new look and features of the GENIUS MT.
The update of the combi-steamer GENIUS MT makes cooking and baking easier still, systematically. After four years in the market, the user interface has been reviewed and adapted to current standards, making handling even more intuitive and easier. Additional individualisation options make processes in the professional kitchen even safer. Multi outlet operations can especially rely on the support of the talented GENIUS MT thanks to predefined workflows and user instructions.
Preserving the value
This is not limited to cooking and baking as such, but also works for cleaning and maintenance, preserving the value and therefore extending the unit‘s lifetime. Furthermore, Eloma offers an optional door with LED lighting and triple-glazing for the GENIUS MT as of April 2019. This option results in additional energy savings of approximately 14%. In short, everything becomes even easier and even more ingenious.
The compact baking oven EB 30 MT not only looks new from the outside but also adds completely new value on the inside. The tried-and-tested functionality is now complemented by the benefits of Eloma’s own MT-Technology. With Last®20, Quick Set and Quick Mode baking programmes can be started quickly and easily. The new Quick Mode ASC helps to avoid application errors, quite simply by defining three suitable baking programmes.
All three programmes are selectable on every shelf level and can thus be started in parallel operation throughout the day, with no changes necessary. This makes kitchen processes even safer, something appreciated especially by customers with multiple outlets. The new EB 30 MT combines years of proven baking expertise with future-proof, user-friendly MT-Technology – excellent baking results are guaranteed.
