Chance to win a Rational SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency at ScotHot

The chance to win a Rational SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency at ScotHot, 4th – 6th March 2013, SECC Glasgow

The Rational SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency is the ultimate cooking machine. Used and recommended by top chefs worldwide, it can cook everything from pies and pastries, roast meats and soufflés to kebabs and cakes. Now visitors to ScotHot 2013 can enter a prize draw to win a Rational SCC61 combi steamer.

At ScotHot, Rational will be on Stand 4410 collecting business cards from visitors to be entered into the draw. These will be added to those collected at earlier 2013 UK and Ireland shows.  The winner will be picked at random.

As well as getting the chance to win the new Rational SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency, visitors can also see the unit in action, talk to experts to find out just how it works and taste the superior cooking quality of the Rational. Canny visitors can get breakfast, lunch and tea if they time their visits to the Rational stand right!

The SelfCookingCenter whitefficiency is easy to use. With HiDensityControl every item loaded, from the front of the top shelf to the back of the bottom shelf, is cooked identically, with absolutely consistent quality. A powerful steam generator and dynamic air mixing match the air flow and humidity to the cooking level of the product. This means cooking time is reduced and optimised, whatever is being cooked.

For mixed loads Efficient LevelControl (ELC) calculates exactly the correct cooking requirements for each rack and alerts the chef when they are ready. It even advises on what menu items can be cooked successfully together.

It even cleans itself – and fully automatically. All operators have to do is pop in a couple of cleaning tabs, when the unit instructs them to do so, and the unit’s CareControl cleaning system does the rest – delivering just the right amount of cleaning to produce a sparkling clean interior ready for the next batch of cooking.
