Alto-Shaam To Launch New Vector H Series to German Market at Intergastra

Alto-Shaam, a leading innovator in the global foodservice equipment industry, will showcase the latest version of its Vector® H Series of Multi-Cook ovens as a key part of its total kitchen equipment solution

With a new design, advanced user-friendly interface and the ability to customise each oven with colours to match a customer’s desired front of-house experience, the new Vector H Series countertop oven is capable of delivering an unmatched volume and variety of food. Compact and ventless, it is specifically designed for fast-food operations or any kitchen environment where space is at a premium.

Featuring up to four independent chambers, operators can control the temperature, fan speed and time in each oven chamber for maximum flexibility, allowing them to simultaneously cook a variety of menu items with no flavour transfer.

Designed to be intentionally simple, the new oven requires little or no training to operate. Recipes can be easily loaded, with clear imagery and icons for easy reference. Recipes can also be categorised and filtered for even easier identification. Improved diagnostics and reporting mean it is easier to access oven status and service details, guaranteeing accurate service and repair.

Alto-Shaam will also use Intergastra to promote its full suite of market-leading kitchen equipment that includes its award-winning Combitherm® ovens, Cook & Hold ovens and heated holding and merchandising solutions. It will also demonstrate its pioneering Halo Heat® and Structured Air Technology® through on-stand demonstrations, a promotional video and other materials.

“Intergastra is a key event for us. It’s a great show, with numbers increasing every time and it is the ideal platform to showcase our full portfolio of solutions to the German market,” Stefan Horn, Head of Germany Sales at Alto-Shaam, said. “Our products are designed to deliver the greatest flexibility and unrivalled cooking performance, empowering operators to increase food production and reduce labour costs while maintaining the highest quality output.”
