For the last 11 years Dale has held a position of senior sales for Amerex and McWane International. During this time, he has worked in EAME, Asia and The Americas, supporting FCSI at conferences, regional meetings and trade exhibitions using international visits to deliver Amerex conferences, training and technical support to regional distributors.
With 28 years of specialist knowledge and experience in international foodservice and fire industries, Dale has worked in sales and marketing at a senior level and has considerable technical knowledge and experience in HACCP temperature monitoring systems, design and hire of temporary kitchens (for national and government contracts), and over recent years pre-engineered fire suppression systems supporting distribution offering certified training, design, sales and marketing to his distributors.
Specialist knowledge and experience
His latest move is to launch his own restaurant kitchen consultancy business to focus on pre-engineered restaurant kitchen fire suppression systems, using his specialist knowledge and experience. This new business will deliver full turnkey design solutions that will include supply, estimating, installation, maintenance, and training. Dale has utilised innovation and technology all his career and believes this is the future. He has incorporated digital monitoring into his design and consultancy business.
Dale enjoys the communication, networking at all levels working with his customers as well as his many worldwide contacts, colleagues and friends. He is committed to attending and supporting a range of professional foodservice trade bodies and is usually found in the evening at foodservice events enjoying a beer at the bar.
