The move sees new team members join the company and a transition to design principal for Terry Pellegrino
Rippe Associates, Inc., has announced it has hired several new team members recently. Eric Goodrich has been hired as an operations project manager. Goodrich has extensive operations experience, with 10 years in higher education, and is, says the company, “looking forward to the challenge of merging his project management and operations experience”.
Marcy Salisbury was also hired as an operations project manager. Her expertise in foodservice project management, says the company, “will help the team and our clients clarify design intent in drawings and documents.”
Terry Pellegrino (pictured), principal, will transition to the role of design principal. In her new role, she will focus on the programming and schematic design phases of projects. As those progress into and beyond the schematic design phase, Pellegrino’s team will continue to manage the remainder of the project.
Kitchens that work
Over several years, Pellegrino has transferred the knowledge she has acquired in her 34 years with Rippe Associates to members of her team. Starting in 2020, Pellegrino is excited to work reduced hours and have more free time to spend with her grandchildren and on her many other passions.
