Cini-Little promotes key designers

Keith Short is promoted to Director of Design, West Coast; Kip Serfozo FCSI, WELL AP, LEED AP, promoted to Director of Design, East Coast

Cini-Little International, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of Kip Serfozo FCSI and Keith Short to Director of Design for the East and West Coasts respectively. The East Coast region will comprise Cini-Little’s New York, Washington, DC, Atlanta, and Ft. Lauderdale design studios. The West Coast will be responsible for the San Francisco and Los Angeles studios.

Kip Serfozo, located in Cini•Little’s Atlanta design studio, facilitates sustainable and forward-thinking designs that address his client’s goals and provide successful solutions to their foodservice needs. “Kip is a natural leader and team builder who welcomes the challenge of expanding Cini•Little’s foodservice design presence on the East Coast,” explained Kathleen Held, Chief Marketing Officer.

Serfozo is a Professional Member of FCSI and is accredited professionally in both LEED and WELL building standards. His design expertise spans all market segments with current notable projects in the amusement park, convention center and hospitality sectors.

A proven track record

Keith Short has been responsible for the San Francisco market for the past three years. He has a proven track record of providing quality foodservice designs and exceptional service to our San Francisco clients. His innovative and trend-conscious designs ensure unique client-focused solutions. “I am pleased and excited that Keith has stepped up to the challenge of directing our collective design efforts on the West Coast. His zeal for working within a collaborative team environment embodies Cini-Little’s vision for our design studios,” shared Dick Eisenbarth FCSI, President and CEO.

Short is a Senior Associate of FCSI as well as a Certified Foodservice Professional through National Association of Food Equipment Suppliers Limited (NAFES). He also is a Certified HACCP Practitioner/Facilitator through Safe Quality Food International. Notable projects include University of California Merced, Las Vegas Ballpark, various high-profile corporate and hospitality design work, and Moscone Convention Center.
