From understanding evolving equipment design that suits the changing beverage needs of customers to overcoming installation challenges and meeting stricter regulatory requirements and technical concerns such as maintenance and filtration, this roundtable will explore how ice machines are changing to better suit the current – and future – demands of operators.
Chaired by Michael Jones of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine, the roundtable saw leading consultant Alec W. Bauer FCSI of Kitchen, Restaurant & Bar Specialists (KRB), discuss why he advises his operator clients to up their ice game.
