At the FCSI EAME booth during HostMilano 2023, consultants Danny Potter FCSI of Invito Design Limited and Ken Schwartz FCSI, SSA Incorporated, joined Simon Parke-Davis of Alto-Shaam, Inc. to take part in a panel session addressing how to utilize technology more effectively in the kitchen.
