FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine reported live from the NAFEM 2023 Show, in Orlando, Florida, US.
In the latest episode in a short series of video interviews from the show, Meghan E. Daro, CFSP, vice president, consultant services at The Middleby Corporation talks to Michael Jones, editorial director of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant, about the importance of the Show in the event calendar, particularly considering the gap since its last iteration before the Covid-19 pandemic. “It’s such a special show for us,” she says.
Daro also discusses her enjoyment of the FCSI The Americas Symposium, which preceded it. “Connecting with everybody’s energy is really what moves our industry forward,” she says.
