In the latest episode in a short series of video interviews from the NAFEM 2023 Show, in Orlando, Florida, US, Rob Geile, CFSP, LEED AP, Vice President of Consultant Services, Ali Group North America, talks to Michael Jones, editorial director of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant, about the show’s importance in the events calendar.
“I’ve always called this the Super Bowl of foodservice. It’s our one opportunity to show all the different equipment we have in one spot,” he says. “NAFEM is a personable opportunity. It’s all about relationships.”
Geile also discusses the FCSI The Americas Symposium, which took place before the Show. “The FCSI membership is doing great things and we want to be part of it,” he says.
