FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant magazine reported live from the NAFEM 2023 Show, in Orlando, Florida, US.
In the first in a short series of video interviews from the show, Mario Sequeira FCSI, President of FCSI Worldwide gives Michael Jones, editorial director of FCSI’s Foodservice Consultant, his impressions of the Show, and the FCSI The Americas Symposium, which preceded it. At the Show, Sequeira was awarded an honorary doctorate by NAFEM for his ‘Exemplary contributions to the foodservice industry’.
