HOTELEX Shanghai 2019 can now truly be described as an “international” trade fair for the foodservice and hospitality industry. Taking place between 1-4 April at the Shanghai, SNIEC (Shanghai New International Expo Centre), the show was dedicated to hospitality equipment, supplies and fine food.
The show can boast some truly big numbers too, with 146,267 visitors attending, 2,478 exhibitors and a show floor of 220,000 square meters of expo space.
The show hosted more than 30 events, including barista championships, cooking competitions, baking competitions, uniform shows and table art competitions, proving to be a unique platform for sourcing, procurement and industry exchange for catering equipment supply, tableware, food and beverage, bakery, ice cream, coffee and tea, and more.
