Corporate Membership Rights, Privileges and Benefits

The rights, privileges and benefits for all non-consultant member categories are described below in detail by category: Corporate, Individual Allied, and Affiliate members.

Corporate Members

Rights and Privileges

  • May sponsor any/all FCSI events and advertise in any/all FCSI publications
  • May participate at the divisional level as a non-voting Allied Trustee or a worldwide or divisional board as elected by their peers
  • May register additional representatives of their company (under the corporate brand identity that holds the membership) for FCSI events at the Allied member rate
  • Allied Members may NOT vote on Society issues requiring a membership vote with the exception of elections for allied trustees
  • They shall NOT have the right to serve as an Officer or Director on the FCSI Worldwide Board of Directors

Member Benefits

  • Opportunity to network with consultants worldwide who specify an estimated $5.0 billion (U.S.) per year in foodservice equipment, supplies and services
  • Listed in the FCSI electronic directory as an Allied Member complete with company contact information, company name, company web site address and company biography etc.
  • Receives FCSI – The Americas Direct Connection, the monthly eNewsletter produced by FCSI – The Americas
  • Receives invitations to biannual FCSI Worldwide conferences as well as divisional conferences/seminars
  • May participate fully in the activities of FCSI – The Americas and its chapters (where one exists) in which their primary business address is located
  • May access the members only portion of the FCSI web site
  • May contribute to and access information in the FCSI Online Resource Library
  • May participate in online discussion forums on the FCSI web site
  • May request a postal mailing list of FCSI consultant members (by geography or market segment) up to twice per year from FCSI WW HQ
  • May advertise in FCSI Foodservice Consultant magazine Quarterly magazine – an opportunity reserved solely for FCSI Allied  member companies (Advertising is limited to the brand immediately associated with the corporate identity)
  • May sponsor FCSI Worldwide, Divisional, and Chapter conferences and other such events – an opportunity reserved solely for FCSI Allied member companies (Sponsorship is limited to the brand immediately associated with the corporate identity)
  • Opportunity to participate in the FCSI Continuing Professional Growth Program as an Approved Education Provider
  • Opportunity to submit a nomination or be nominated for the FCSI Manufacturer of the Year Award
  • Opportunity to submit a nomination for the FCSI Educational Foundation’s “Innovation Showcase” which can lead to the FCSI Product of the Year Award

 

Individual Allied Members

Rights and Privileges

  • Individuals will be listed in the member database by personal name only with minimal reference to the company that employs them or the company (or companies) that they may represent
  • Individual Allied Members may NOT vote on Society issues requiring a membership vote with the exception of elections for allied trustees
  • They shall NOT have the right to serve as an Officer or Director on the FCSI Worldwide Board of Directors
  • May NOT sponsor FCSI Worldwide events or advertise in FCSI Worldwide publications
  • May NOT participate at the divisional level as an Allied Trustee of a FCSI – The Americas

 

Member Benefits

  • Opportunity to network with the leaders in the industry including FCSI consultant members, other allied members, affiliate members and students
  • Listed in the FCSI electronic directory as an Individual Allied Member complete with personal contact information and personal biography only
  • Receives FCSI – The Americas Direct Connection, the monthly eNewsletter produced by FCSI – The Americas
  • Receives invitations to biannual FCSI Worldwide conferences as well as divisional conferences/seminars

Affiliate Members

Rights and Privileges

  •  Individuals will be listed in the member database by personal name only with minimal reference to the company that employs them or company or companies that they may represent
  • Affiliate Members may NOT vote on Society issues requiring a membership vote with the exception of elections for allied trustees
  • They shall NOT have the right to serve as an Officer or Director on the FCSI Worldwide Board of Directors

  • Listed in the FCSI electronic directory as an Affiliate Member complete with personal contact information, company name, personal biography

  • Receives invitations to biannual FCSI Worldwide conferences as well as divisional conferences/seminars
