About Me

My background is in commercial kitchen design, but over time my focus has widened to the operation as a whole.

I’ve developed a strong interest in how catering works in practice – financially, operationally, and on a human level – including how people move through and experience a space.

My approach is making places commercially viable, but always from a design-led perspective.

I’m a foodie, a mum of two, and Cooper8 is a family business. Foodservice consultancy is very much part of my day-to-day life.
