Ron has more than 39 years’ experience in the foodservice industry and is the Director of Design – Food Services & Hospitality at the WSP Buildings M&E Ottawa office overseeing the design requirements of our foodservice projects. His extensive hospitality experience takes him to all corners of the world. Ron’s experience includes healthcare, long term care, luxury hotels and resorts, city hotels, educational, institutional, correctional, business dining, employee dining, student dining, sports & entertainment venues and commercial laundries, where he has designed facilities covering all ranges of capacity. Ron has designed production facilities utilizing cook-chill technologies which produce in excess of 55,000 meals daily. His versatility and reputation in the foodservice industry is unsurpassed and his services are requested in an ongoing manner for foodservice and hospitality design projects worldwide.
