As Principal in charge, Todd directs the overall design efforts of the firm and establishes the firm s business practices and standards. He is directly involved with the programming and conceptual design effort for each project and has an active role in all in-house coordination as well as coordination with the design team on all projects. He participates in project review meetings with support staff on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on the needs of each project. Todd is actively involved with the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and is Chairman of the Ethics Committee for The Americas Division. He has over 27 years of diversified experience in foodservice facilities consulting and is highly respected throughout the industry.
