Hi, my name is Mateusz Tyburczy I am an commercial kitchen designer & architect. Since 2011 I have been involved in the design of professional kitchen technologies for hotels, restaurants, franchise chains, canteens and workplace canteens.
For the last 10 years I have been involved in the design of high performance industrial kitchen technologies and workplace technology facilities in office, warehouse and logistics facilities for global e-commerce industry leaders, warehouse space developers, transport and manufacturing companies.
Working with architectural offices and general contractors, I emphasise high quality design documentation, full inter-industry coordination and timeliness.
As of 2019, I am a consultant for FCSI (Foodservice Consultants Society International)-an international organisation of specialists in commercial kitchen technology design
