Laura Lentz, FCSI | Design Principal Laura brings more than 22 years of combined experience in both hospitality operations and as a foodservice designer. Laura initiates programming and preliminary design, carrying the project through all phases, from concept to inspection of the finished installation. Laura has completed more than 100 projects as a foodservice consultant. Her professional portfolio includes many project types, from workplace dining to leisure and entertainment operations. She is a Professional Member of Foodservice Consultant Society International (FCSI) and a Member of the Cornell Hotel Society.
