Worked for Cini-Little Japan during 10 years as consultant/vice-president, various kinds of B& I facility design, marketing and feasibility study had been done as rep. here in Japan for 1st class client and for government. Currently shifted primary time for work to professor task of Miyagi University and expanding professional area to IT systems as online/network cooking system development and digital recipe concept relationship in the industry.
