Experienced in project feasibility studies, menu design, equipment selection/specifications with a solid foundation in job site coordination/supervision. Familiar with the design of all types of commercial and institutional food facilities. World wide specialty experience in large scale hotel/resort/projects as well as themed restaurants and upscale country clubs.
BS Degree in Hotel Administration from Florida International University Hotel School in 1976. Attended Graduate School from 1976 to 1977 majoring in Food Facility Design.
