Jim graduated from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration in 1973, and has over forty years experience as a professional consultant. In addition to projects in the United States, his career includes on-site project assignments in Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Diego Garcia, B.I.O.T. Beyond the correctional and school facilities that have become its trademark, C.i.i. also has project experience in health care institutions, university-style athletic concession operations, military installations, community centers, churches, and private golf clubs in the Midwest and Northeast. C.i.i. offers a full range of design services from feasibility studies, programming, and concept development through contract documents and post-contract services. Management consulting services are available through affiliated firms with particular expertise in specific areas.
