Bruce is a proven, award-winning and successful food service design professional and entrepreneur
with vast experience in leading high-growth design firms. Over his career, Bruce has designed over
360 different successful hospitality venues, from restaurants to major hotel groups and aged care
facilities.
Currently, Bruce is Chief Executive Officer overseeing Hexa Design Company. He is also an active
member of Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and within the top 20 foodservice
design consultants in Australia and completed CFSP Course and was nominated as 2019 number
one Foodservice Design Professional in Australia.
Bruce established Hexa Design in 2014 with a talented group of designers and experienced
commercial kitchen consultants embarking on a journey to design world-class restaurants, bars and
cafés.
His expertise is in commercial kitchens, aged care facilities and consulting, with extensive
knowledge from commercial-grade equipment, the Australian Standards and Industry Regulations to
how a kitchen should efficiently flow to maximise space while minimising labour costs.
