The Swiss-made premium modular cooking line proudly adds the Compasso d’Oro Honorable Mention to the list of awards received this year.

Established in 1954, the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award is the oldest and most distinguished recognition of Italian design worldwide, aimed at promoting design as an international cultural and economic phenomenon. The ADI Design recognition rewards not just the product’s design but also the project and the research behind the creative process.

Almost 300 projects awarded in over 50 years of the award’s existence, along with approximately 2,000 products selected for the Honorable Mention are gathered and stored in the Historical Collection of the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award, entrusted to the ADI Society since 2001 and later declared by the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities as an asset of cultural interest.
The products included in the Collection commend great exposure in all public occasions in which the Collection is presented, both in Italy and internationally, with the product, the company and the designer taking centre stage.

The designer’s spotlight now shines once more on the Swiss-made modular cooking range that has revolutionised professional cooking: after being awarded the Red Dot’s Best of the Best Award, the thermaline premium modular cooking range has now been praised by the ADI Compasso d’Oro Award with the Honorable Mention, making it the most awarded Electrolux solution this year.
State-of-the-art technology and utmost functionality, combined to an elegant and sleek design with impeccable finishing and extraordinary attention to detail have once again proven to be important credentials in achieving yet another significant acknowledgement from the design world.
